Average White Band/London,UK 1979 & more

A rare live collection of the band, synonymous with white soul and white funk. They broke up in 1982 and reunited in 1996, but this DVD contains footage from their heyday in 1975 and 1979, all in the best quality and professional shots available. The first half of the 1975 footage is from their performance on Soul Train, and is so funky it makes you want to dance. The 1979 footage is from a live performance at the University of Surrey in the UK, which was aired on the BBC's familiar Rock Goes To College, and one song from the annual Pink Pop Festival held in the Netherlands on June 6 of the same year, for a total of 51 minutes.
