The new ASIA has come to Japan for the first time in 11 years since the death of John Wetton. Two superb original recordings that convey the latest stage that is causing rave reviews have been released at the same time. This work is the second part of the two consecutive works released at the same time. It is a superb audience recording of the "April 19, 2025: Tokyo performance". This visit to Japan was scheduled for only four days in Tokyo and Osaka, but with a total of eight performances. What position did our two consecutive works take in that? The overall picture of the activities will be given to the simultaneously released "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT (Amity 805)", so let's check the positional relationship of each work with more detailed schedules.・April 15th: Osaka first day 1st show ・April 15th: Osaka first day 2nd show *April 16th: Osaka second day 1st show ←※OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT *April 16th: Osaka second day 2nd show ←※OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT《April 17th: Travel day》・April 18th: Tokyo first day 1st show ・April 18th: Tokyo first day 2nd show ・April 19th: Tokyo second day 1st show *April 19th: Tokyo second day 2nd show ←★This work★ Above, 4 days x 2 performances = a total of 8 performances. "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT" was a 3-disc set that set the 2nd performances in Osaka, but this work is the 2nd show on the 2nd day in Tokyo. In other words, it was the last one of the Japanese performances. This work, which absorbed the highlights of the scene, is a superb recording that is extremely thick and glossy. This is the work of a master who has worked on many press masterpieces, and recently, YES's "TOKYO 2024 1ST NIGHT (Amity 766)" was also a work by this recorder. "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT" was also a soundboard class, but this work is also a step ahead of the others. The sound is like a hall, but the core that penetrates it is simply on, thick and powerful. There is no sense of sparseness or distance, and it brings the live performance to your eyes. Such a thick sound depicts a full show of "complete reproduction of the 1st album + super rare songs", which has been highly praised. It is different from the two performances recorded in "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT", so let's organize the set while comparing them. Romance for Time (perfect reproduction) Heat of the Moment / Only Time Will Tell / Sole Survivor / One Step Closer / Time Again / Wildest Dreams / Without You / Cutting It Fine / Here Comes the Feeling Others (3 songs) Don't Cry / Eye to Eye (★) / Video Killed the Radio Star *Note: ★ marks are songs that cannot be heard on the simultaneously released "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT". ...And so it is. The two performances of "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT" were "Romance for Time + 5 songs", so this work has two fewer songs. In that sense, it's a bit disappointing... but "Eye to Eye" has overturned the number of songs with one song! It makes me think of his first visit to Japan with Greg Lake, but in fact it's been revived since then. And it's not just in Japan, it's a very rare song that hasn't been played anywhere in the world since "ASIA IN ASIA". Harry Whitley was the shock of this visit to Japan. This work is the final performance album where you can enjoy all the songs of "Romance to Time" and the super rare "Eye To Eye" with the possessed vocals that are being talked about everywhere as "the second coming of John Wetton". Although it does not reach "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT" in terms of volume, this work is not at all inferior in terms of sound quality and the impact of a breakthrough. It is a must-listen and must-have album. The best audience recording of the "April 19, 2025: Tokyo performance". The sound quality is that of a hall, but the core that penetrates it is simply on, thick and powerful. There is no sense of sparseness or distance, and it brings the live performance right in front of you. Not only can you enjoy the complete reproduction of "Romance to Time" by the singing voice of Harry Whitley, who is said to be "possessed by Wetton", but you can also enjoy the super rare song "Eye To Eye" that you cannot hear on "OSAKA 2025 2ND NIGHT".
