Ana Popovic, who debuted in Serbia in early 2000, was called the Susan Tedeschi of Eastern Europe as a rising star of female blues guitarists. Her playing style is not so much blues as it is rockin' blues in the direct line of Jimi Hendrix and Ray Vaughan. Her greatest features are her modern funkyness and sharp slide work with a driving feeling, and her slide with wah and distortion is her greatest charm even in heavy funk beats. Until around 2006, she was only known in Europe, but in 2007, she released an album from Delta Groove, a new living blues company near Hollywood, and the producer was the superstar John Porter, who has worked on more than 10 Grammy-winning albums in the past. After that, she became a big break in the United States, and her live performance at the "Internationale Jazzwoche Burghausen" festival held in Burghausen, Germany on March 17, 2012 was recorded in official quality and professional shot from the TV on-air master. Based on his slide work, he shows off his amazing guitar and vocals throughout the album. In addition to the originals, he also covers "Business As Ususal", making this a must-see for blues fans.
