The legendary soundboard from Boston in 1973, known as "AEROSMITH's oldest live recording." The complete master version will be released. This work contains the "March 20, 1973 Boston performance." This is a stereo soundboard recording. This live performance is not only the oldest, but also a major classic both officially and unofficially. It is also famous for the adoption of "I Ain't Got You" and "Mother Popcorn" in the official masterpiece "LIVE! BOOTLEG" (the official version is credited as "April 23," but research has progressed and "March 20" has become the established theory). In addition, it is a major classic that has produced countless previously released songs by being broadcast on FM in the underground. It was in 2017 that a major change occurred in the soundboard situation. A complete master version was released that included the opening number "Make It," which had not been excavated until then. In the past, there was a debate among enthusiasts about whether "Make It" was also played, but solid evidence has now emerged. Moreover, it was not just "Make It". Scenes that had been cut by editing in the previous releases flowed out from here and there... Roughly speaking, about 1-10 seconds were added between each song, but that was not enough for "Mother Popcorn". It was a highlight track in "LIVE! BOOTLEG", but it was discovered that it had been cut for 1 minute and 16 seconds at the beginning of the previous release. In addition, it was confirmed that the broadcast itself was different because a female voice announcement had been added to the previously released group. It was a truly earth-shattering new discovery. This work is a live album of such a shocking complete master. If you are an avid collector, you may also know the press masterpiece "BOSTON 1973 (Zodiac 236)", but that one was aimed at the ultimate specification with a "complete version + rebroadcast version". In contrast, this work is the complete master as it is. The original "sound" of the master was not touched at all, the pitch that was slightly out of sync in the original sound was accurately adjusted, and the gap overlap sound between "I Ain't Got You" and "Mother Popcorn" was simply organized. It is only close to the "live itself", and you can enjoy the "excavated sound" that has not been touched at all. The quality is a special grade stereo sound board. Of course, some songs are half a step behind the press masterpiece "BOSTON 1973", but instead the sense of unity that runs through the whole work is beautiful. If you listen carefully to the press masterpiece "BOSTON 1973", you will notice that "Oh, the master has changed", but this work can be immersed in the "air" and "smell" of the time without any hitches due to the consistent recording. And it is amazing because the master of that "smell" is AEROSMITH in 1973. First of all, the set is too thick. Let's check the contents here. Beast's Birth (7 songs) - Make It (★) / One Way Street / Somebody / Write Me A Letter / Movin' Out / Walkin' The Dog (Rufus Thomas) / Mama Kin Other covers (3 songs) - I Ain't Got You (*: Jimmy Reed) / Mother Popcorn (*: James Brown) / Train Kept A Rollin' (Tiny Bradshaw) *Note: * indicates the take used in LIVE! BOOTLEG. ★ indicates songs that were not included in the previous rebroadcast version. ( ) indicates the original artist. ...And so it goes. Seven of the eight songs from their debut album AEROSMITH are played on a grand scale, with three covers added. It's amazing that one of the songs that was not included in their debut work was "Dream On," but it's also a real-time feeling of not knowing which song would become their signature song. And the performance that spells out such a set is the best thing to listen to. A youthful, rich, sweaty sound jumps out of the speakers and fills the room. At the time, it was just after their debut, and the rock monster was still unknown. Nevertheless, the listeners at the time must have been frightened to hear such hot rock music suddenly coming out of the radio... This soundboard album is nothing but a cultural heritage. Not only is it the "oldest live recording," but it is an intensely hot, raw, magma-like performance. You can hear the whole picture on the stereo soundboard. Of course, the masterpiece "BOSTON 1973" is more enjoyable as a music album, but it is this work that conveys the truth of the first broadcast and gives you a taste of the historical spectacle. Live albums allow you to experience a journey beyond time and space, but this work is a radio album that takes you not only to the live scene, but also to everyday life in America 44 years ago. "AEROSMITH's oldest live recording" has been released. This FM soundboard is famous for the use of "I Ain't Got You" and "Mother Popcorn" in "LIVE! BOOTLEG", and this work is a complete master unearthed in 2017. Paul's Mall, Boston, MA. USA 20th March 1973 STEREO SBD (50:05) 1. Make It 2. One Way Street 3. Somebody 4. Write Me A Letter 5.
