A rare solo live performance by Adrian Belew, a symbol of Crimson in the 80s. This is a complete recording of a gig held on July 24, 1989 at First Avenue, Minneapolis, familiar as Prince's home ground, recorded from a stereo soundboard source from the broadcast master. Of particular note is that the members were Rick Fox on keyboards and Michael Hodges on drums, and Belew and the other three were members of David Bowie's "SOUND & VISION" world tour the following year, making this a trio live performance that could be considered a precursor to that. The set and performance are reminiscent of the 80's Crimson sound, and they also play "Three of a Perfect Pair," "Heartbeat," and "Elephant Talk," and since the fact that they performed with this lineup is almost unknown, this is a must-see for Crimson and Bowie fans alike.
