The 2CD "MARYLAND HEIGHTS 1994" (hereinafter referred to as 2CD) is an exceptional soundboard album in the entire history of YES. We will present you with an audience shot that adds to the "scenery" and "experience". This work was filmed at the "Columbia performance on August 28, 1994". This concert is about two months after the 2CD. In the first place, the audience footage of "TALK TOUR 1994" is valuable, but the quality of this work is wonderful and unbecoming of its preciousness. It is a type of video looking down from the front of the stage, but it is not a second floor shot. The "Merryweather Post Pavilion", which was the scene, is an open space that can accommodate about 20,000 people, but there is a ceiling near the stage and the seats have a slight slope. It is a venue that looks at the stage at the bottom of a depression. That is why the field of view is very good. Even though the performance was going on, there were spectators walking around the auditorium, so it can't be said that there were no shadows at all, but the view was spacious and different from that of a flat-floor venue, and you could see every corner of "90125 YES". The stability was also amazing. It was videotaped due to the era, and there was no image stabilization function. Furthermore, it seems that this work does not use a tripod, but it is stabilized by the photographer's guts. On top of that, he boldly tried to zoom in on the highlights. It captured the fantastic lighting to the fullest. In terms of image quality, I'm not sure whether I should declare it to be "master quality," but the fact that I'm hesitant means that there is a possibility. Although the graininess of analog video cannot be wiped away, there is no distortion or line noise, and you can enjoy the vivid colors to the fullest. (It's a shame that there are some microphone contact noises and unstable parts that come with it... but the sound quality itself is outstanding, especially in the second half!) Anyway, this is a piece that allows you to experience "TALK TOUR 1994" and "the destination of 90125 YES" from the best perspective. This tour also has a professional shot of the Santiago performance, but you can fully enjoy the on-site feeling that is on a different level from that. If you have experienced the 1994 visit to Japan, the scene from 22 years ago will be revived, and if you have not experienced it, you will be able to witness the best progressive hard show in the UK.
