Super shock! A completely unreleased soundboard album from the "DIVER DOWN" era has been unexpectedly unearthed! The superb sound 2CDs that are currently shocking collectors all over the world will be released simultaneously! This work is the second part of the two-part release. It is a stereo soundboard recording of the "October 24, 1982 Worcester performance". Not only are the two works close in time, but the venue is also the same. For an overview of the "HIDE YOUR SHEEP Tour", please refer to the commentary on the sister work "WORCESTER 1982 1ST NIGHT: SOUNDBOARD" released at the same time, and let's focus on the main leg "North America # 3" and check the positional relationship of each. Details of "North America # 3" ・ October 7-11 (4 performances) * October 12 "LARGO 1982" ・ October 16-20 (3 performances) * October 22 "WORCESTER 1982 1ST NIGHT" ・ October 23: Worcester performance * October 24: Worcester performance ← ★ This work ★ ・ October 26-December 11 (27 performances) 38 performances. Three consecutive nights were performed in Worcester, and this work is the final day. It was also 12 days (6 performances) after the standard professional shot "LARGO 1982". Like "WORCESTER 1982 1ST NIGHT", this day was a hidden place where audience recording was unknown, but this work is a sound board that imprints a show that no one has ever heard into your brain. It's a shock that this is the first time it's been released in the world after 42 years of time and space, but the sound quality is not that bad. It was not an FM broadcast or an official recording, but was recorded directly from the mix desk at the concert site and digitized directly from the original cassette. In other words, it is the most faithful record of the "sound" that came from the hands and throats of the original VAN HALEN. In fact, the vividness and clarity without degradation are otherworldly. The touch of the fingers rubbing the guitar/bass strings, the recoil of the skin of each drum hit, and the breathing of the vocalist through the wire mesh of the microphone... each one of them is engraved in your brain with a sense of reality. The original four members' perfect breathing and the pleasure of your whole body matching perfectly. It's an otherworldly immersive feeling, as if you had become a cyborg and been incorporated into the PA system of 1982. This otherworldly experience is also shared with the sister work "WORCESTER 1982 1ST NIGHT", but the contents are actually different. I think the set list on site is probably the same (after all, there is no audience recording on both days, so I can't say for sure), but the pause parts that were taken into consideration for the remaining tape are different. Finally, let's organize them by comparing them. Diver Down (6 songs) The Full Bug / Little Guitars / Where Have All The Good Times Gone! / Hang 'Em High / Cathedral / Secrets Others (10 songs) Flame Fuse: Runnin' With The Devil / Jamie's Cryin' / Ain't Talkin' Bout Love / You Really Got Me Legendary Bomber: Dance The Night Away / Somebody Get Me A Doctor / Bottoms Up! (★) Others: Romeo Delight / Unchained / Everybody Wants Some!! (*) *Note: * marks songs with missing pause recordings. * marks songs that cannot be heard on the sister work "WORCESTER 1982 1ST NIGHT: SOUNDBOARD" released at the same time. ... and it looks like this. It's nice that "Bottoms Up!" is included instead of "(Oh) Pretty Woman". "You Really Got Me", which was cut off in "1ST NIGHT", is about 4 and a half minutes longer, and you can enjoy "Happy Trails" and the ending included in the middle (there is a pause in "Everybody Wants Some!!" as well, and "Bottoms Up!" and "You Really Got Me" also have cuts in the guitar phrases before the song). I never thought that two newly excavated sound boards, which are shocking to the whole world, would appear at the same time. Two direct-connected dimensional sound boards that synchronize with the original VAN HALEN and the whole body. Stereo sound board recording of "October 24, 1982 Worcester performance (3rd day)". This is the first public sound board that amazed the whole world, and it was digitized from the original cassette recorded directly from the on-site mix desk. This is the most faithful recording of the "sound" that came from the hands and throats of the original VAN HALEN. The vividness is overwhelming, and the sense of synchronization between the whole body and the ensemble is a pleasure of another dimension. This is a shocking new masterpiece that also includes "Bottoms Up!", which is not included in the sister album "1ST NIGHT".
