Squeeze, the originators of Britpop in UK post-punk, recorded their theater live performance in Illinois on August 9th from their US tour after their reunion in 1992, using soundboard recordings from the broadcast master. Many of the songs are from "Play," released the previous year, and numbers from around the 1990s. The members include Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, as well as Paul Carrack, who later left the band again. This is an official quality recording of a rare live performance from that time.
