On March 19, 1974, Roslin recorded the performance at My Father's Place with an ultra-high-quality recording that far exceeded the previous releases. (The pitch has also been corrected just right.) Only in the period just before the recording of "BUNDLES", a thrilling performance that shows a variety of trials and errors is unfolded. While there are many things that give the impression that they are quite finished, such as Hazard Profile from before Holdsworth joined, the point of this performance is that you can listen to songs such as Floating World that are still incomplete. What is especially noteworthy is the extraordinary ensemble performance, and the many technical plays in the last jam that could not be heard in the previous performance on the 13th. I was astounded by the incredible rhythm combinations of Roy and John's rhythm team. (Roy's transcendental play using a 6-string bass is a must-listen.) Truly Canterbury's pinnacle soft machine. Please fully enjoy the unrivaled ensemble that is unrivaled by others. Live at My Father's Place, Roslyn, NY 19th March 1974 PERFECT SOUND 1. Hazard Profile Part 1/Part 2/Part 3/Part 4/Part 5 2.
