The fifth installment of the Reel Master Series is a supreme item from SANTANA. It is a complete recording of the broadcast program "POP SPECTACULAR" created by the British BBC in 1976. This program is a one-hour program recorded at the New York Beacon Theater on May 7, 1976, but even the analog master recording has not been confirmed as a historical fact, and there was a broadcast reel tape produced by the BBC for this radio show. This item was recorded directly from a high-quality reel tape that was split and recorded on two No. 10 commercial reel tapes, which were kept in a perfect storage location. As for the sound quality, there is a slight noise due to tape deterioration, but even if the analog master recording was found, it would be impossible to expect sound quality that surpasses this item. What's even more surprising is the texture and balance of the sound. This thickness and warmth is impossible to reproduce with current equipment, but the sound is so amazing that it transcends technology and realistically reproduces the atmosphere of the day, and the outstanding mixing allows you to experience the live performance with perfect stereo feeling.
