It's here, finally here. The best quality audience recording from the 2018 "NO FILTER" tour. About two weeks ago, "BERLIN 2018" was released as the best sound quality sound source from this tour, but this time the recording quality is even more intense than that. Such a shocking sound source was produced at the Prague performance on July 4th. Just before the end of this tour, and the live show in the same place for the first time since 2003, was captured with the best sound quality. The taper who dropped the famous recording on the net is Dapsyknows, who has shared only outstanding sound sources so far. He is a master who has recorded the stage that attracted the attention of big names such as Paul McCartney's 2016 Desert Trip and recently Neil Young & Crazy Horse's revival gig "FRESNO 2018" with the best sound quality. As can be seen from those sound sources and items, he is a taper who records concerts held in the United States. However, this time, Dapsyknows surprisingly went all the way to Prague to record the Stones. What a driving force! The sound quality is simply amazing. This is the high-quality recording that enthusiasts around the world have been waiting for in 2018. The sound image, which is full of sound pressure, is a masterpiece, but the clarity is also outstanding. The details of each performance are at a level that can be described as "like a sound board". Just hearing the band announcement before the Stones' appearance will overwhelm you with "Wow, it's close!". On last year's tour, the performance content, as well as the outstanding sound quality (bitter smile), were also a hot topic, and the level of the performance easily surpassed last year's Hamburg. If that's the case, the quality of the play on this day is a concern. Like in Berlin, even if the sound quality is good, if the performance is not impressive, it won't be a good experience. Fortunately, this day was after the great performances of Marseille and Studgart released last week, so it was a wonderful performance that continued those momentum. It's not as outstanding as Marseille, but the performance throughout is very powerful and safe, which is unique to the end of the tour. Even if you just look at the beginning of the live performance, there are no dangerous parts at all. On the contrary, the performance is full of confidence, centered around Charlie's drumming. The voting song for this day was "Like A Rolling Stone," which is not particularly unusual, but it was a good thing that they continued to play familiar repertoires, including the previous "Under My Thumb." Even so, the sound image is abnormally on-balanced, so you might mistake the sound of Chuck Leavell's organ for a sound board. In addition, the stereo feeling is even conveyed. Keith's guitar in the intro of "Honky Tonk Women" was captured with a vivid texture, and Dapsyknows did a really good job. Although it wasn't to the point of blowing fire, it was a very good day, and an incident occurred on "Miss You," which is unusual. That was Charlie skipping the second humming and going for "Oh everybody waits so long" a round earlier. If you watch the video, you can see Mick's forceful singing, which is not at all shaken by the sudden development that would not normally happen, and yet still makes sense with the band. According to the video, he is rather instructing the stage wings to "raise the drum monitor", and it is possible that Charlie made a mistake in the composition due to a monitor malfunction. In any case, the rare happening for a standard number that has been played at every show is also documented with the best sound quality. And "Midnight Rambler", which seems to have become a mass production state of masterpieces from the middle of the tour, exploded again on this day. Mick is humming "You Gotta Move" and Charlie's intense drumming is still alive. Surprisingly, it can be said that Keith played "Before They Make Me Run" without making any mistakes (laughs). The song "You Got The Silver" that was played before that is hardly considered major in Prague, but it may be surprising that it has received a good response. Anyway, the sound quality is superb until the end. The sound pressure of the performance is overwhelming, and even the occasional voice of the audience is hardly noticeable. If you listen to it with headphones, the overwhelming sound image is not only well-balanced, but also the stereo-like spread mentioned earlier is also a masterpiece. This is an exceptional quality that can be enjoyed with confidence by beginners and novices alike. An amazing sound source by Dapsyknows that everyone can't help but listen to. The perfect sound quality audience recording item from the 2018 European tour is finally born. Live at Letnany Airport, Prague, Czech Republic 4th July 2018 ULTIMATE SOUND Disc 1 (59:59) 1. Intro 2.
