"THE BEST OF PINK FLOYD: LIVE", which has been a big hit among Floyd fans since 2016, finally started at the end of September. The opening, the second day of the three performances at Foro Sol in Mexico from September 28th, and the live performance on the 29th have been recorded in full from the high-quality digital audience master for a total of 2 hours and 42 minutes. First of all, like the first day, all the songs are of course Floyd numbers, and while "One of These Days" and "Fearless" were Roger's first solo performances, the second day also included the solo debut of "Pigs On The Wing 2", which was played from the plucked "Pigs On The Wing 1", which led directly to "Pigs On The Wing 2", which led to "Dogs" and "Pigs (Three Different Ones)". This means that all the songs from "Animals" except "Sheep" will be played. The overall flow was the same as the first day, starting with a parade of the main numbers from "The Dark Side of the Moon", with "One of These Days" in between, "Us and Them" followed by "Fearless", and a break with a cover of Gerry & the Pacemakers. Then they performed "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and other main numbers from "Homura", "Animals" and "The Wall", and ended the main part with the ending number of "The Dark Side of the Moon", a wonderful set. In the encore, they sang "Vera" and "Bring the Boys Back Home" in acoustic versions, and of course the last song was "Comfortably Numb", which is the best Floyd ever, a must-listen item for fans of the past.
