A live performance at Loud Park 16 on October 8th by Queensryche, a leading progressive metal band, is recorded in full with a superb level of ultra-high quality audience recording from their first visit to Japan in seven years. This is the first performance in Japan since the departure of Geoff Tate in 2012 and the addition of former Crimson Glory vocalist Todd La Touré. The only new song was "Guardian", and the rest was a wonderful set list of classic songs from the early days. The set includes 10 songs from the 3rd album "Operation: Mindcrime", "Mindcrime", "The Mission", "Eyes Of A Stranger", and from the 4th album "Empire", "Best I Can", "Silent Lucidity", "Empire", Todd La Touré's energetic and stable singing ability, Michael Wilton and Parker Rundgren's dramatic and melodic twin guitars, and other wonderful performances. Although it is a genuine audience recording, you can fully enjoy Queensryche's stage at Loud Park 16 with a superb sound with excellent balance and excellent separation that is captured very directly.
