The "Warner Brothers Music Show '75" held in Germany in early 1975 featured Montrose, Tower of Power, Little Feat in Frankfurt on January 20th, Graham Central Station, Bonaroo, Doobie Brothers in Munich on the 21st, and Montrose, Tower of Power, Little Feat again in Hamburg on the 26th. This is a 58-minute recording of Montrose's performance in Frankfurt on January 20th, which was held at the time of the release of their second album "Paper Money", and is a valuable sound source that has not been available until now. The take stored on the reel tape has been digitized. The sound is very fresh and the overall sound quality is ultra-clear. Although it is not cracked, it is recorded with a very noisy and extremely direct sound, which is the characteristic of the sound of this album. The overall sound image becomes more stable as the song progresses, but this live take of Montrose, recorded with the highest sound quality of this explosive sound, is the first to appear and is sure to be recognized as a famous recording of this period. It is a live performance just before Sammy Hagar left the band, and it is truly valuable to be able to listen to the stage with such long and stable high sound quality in the 1975 live performance with Sammy participating. The bass is Alan Fitzgerald, who later joined Gamma and Night Ranger, and the drummer is Denny Carmassi, who later became a popular drummer from Heart, and the four talented musicians release a bold, unrestricted, authentic hard rock that is worth listening to in every song. The tape change cut is at 1 minute 30 seconds into the guitar solo part in the middle, but there is only a small loss. Even in the short stage time, Ronnie, Alan, and Denny each had their own solo time, and since this was Montrose's first European debut live performance, it seems that the set was designed to let the audience know the appeal of the band's instrumental aspects. The analog noise found in various places has been removed as much as possible, making it easier to listen to. This is a must-listen live document of Montrose, who overwhelms the audience with their extremely dynamic live performance.
