The show at the Jazz Festival held in Chicago on August 30th from the 1990 US tour, which has relatively few distribution sources, was recorded for 67 minutes on a soundboard that has been digitally remastered in 2022 from the FM on-air master. The sound source of this performance has been popular for a long time, and this time it is an upgraded version that has been further improved with the latest equipment, pitch correction, hiss reduction, and radio DJ parts cut out. The performance was a standard set from the 1980s onwards, mainly numbers from ``TUTU'', and the show started with a pop ``Perfect Way'' on this day, and although there were parts where the keyboard sounds were a bit catching, the rhythm section including Wellman kept the rhythm modestly. Meanwhile, Miles' performance, which was already a living myth, had scenes where the members were completely backed up, but featured Garrett and others in each part. And at the end, the performance of the moving ballad with Michael and Cyndi Lauper numbers was wonderful, and it can be said to be a symbolic live performance of Miles in the 1990s. 12th Chicago Jazz Festival : at Petrillo Music Shell, Grant Park, Chicago, IL, USA August 30th 1990 : Soundboard Recording 1.
