This work is the CD "OSAKA 1991". It is an audience shot of the performance "February 20, 1991: Amagasaki Archaic Hall" the day before. In fact, it has long been known as "Osaka on February 21", but what is included in this work is the best master excavated in recent years. Dave Mustaine also shouts "Osaka!" in this work, but compared to the CD of the actual Osaka performance, it is a different live. The original DAT photo was also posted on the artwork of "OSAKA 1991", but there was no mistake in the handwriting of the taper who actually visited the venue, and it seems that Mustaine probably did not recognize the difference between "Amagasaki" and "Osaka". Putting aside such talk of the schedule, the awesomeness of this work is extremely intense quality. First of all, the most shocking thing is the image quality. The newly excavated master is strangely detailed and vivid, and not only does it not need the pillow word "for that time", but it is on par with modern digital photography ... no, that is the professional shot level. It seems to have been created from the original video on the spot, and the vivid colors and beautiful images of Marty's permed hair are beautiful to the last detail. What's even more amazing is the angle. It's a shot from the second floor, but since it was the front row, there were no obstructions and the heads and arms of the front row were not included. Literally, the extremely beautiful "MEGADETH" fills the field of vision. The sound is also intense and amazing. It's a step behind the CD "OSAKA 1991", which is the pinnacle of history, but that's because the press CD is amazing. This work also has a wonderful sound that doesn't need the phrase "for that time". On top of that, the shooting technique is also superb. Since each member of the band does not move from a fixed position, one-camera footage tends to be monotonous, but the active zoom makes it not boring at all. The camerawork gets close to the waist of each member, but they are definitely used to shooting. For example, if you shake the camera left and right at maximum telephoto, even a slight shake will cause the screen to shake greatly, resulting in a crumpled image with no clear aim, but this work quickly pulls back to the full view and then quickly moves to the next target. Dave Mustaine → Full view → Marty Friedman → Full view → Mustaine → Full view → Dave Ellefson... and so on. Furthermore, he is clearly familiar with the songs, and he perfectly captures the difference in Mustaine/Marty's solo playing and the scenes where they play together. Since this was Marty & Nick Menza's first visit to Japan since joining, their personalities were not known, but they even managed to get Nick to stand up for a moment in "Lucretia" and other songs to incite the audience... The intense quality of this work depicts the superb live performance of the "golden four" that is no less than that of a CD. MEGADETH has been changing members and improving their performance every time they come to Japan for the first time for "PEACE SELLS... BUT WHOES BUYING?", but this time it feels "different from before". Until now, the feeling of a desperate burst of energy was strangely awesome, but this time in Japan, the ensemble was tight and stoic, with plenty of consistency while running at full speed. Because they are skilled and stable, they run at a sharp cutting edge. The tension is incomparable to the later live performances, which slowed down the tempo, as if they were saying, "I made it faster because I couldn't make mistakes anymore". It is a show that is slightly wrapped in the feeling of a major act, and is complex, precise, and accurate, and is cut up comfortably. Far from expanding the imagination of CDs, this work alone is an extraordinary masterpiece that is more than worthy of being pressed. This is also a masterpiece among masterpieces that was only turned into a bonus because Kinney's original DAT happened to be unearthed. Precision far surpassing that of the past, and the furious driving that was lost afterwards. If you think about it, the full-power driving of the "Metal Machine, MEGADETH" may have only been shown in Japan in 1991. This is the precious and best documentary footage of that time.
