A new excavated recording of The Rose of the New Church, recorded in good stereo audience recording, by former Dead Boys Steve Bator, former Damned Brian James, former Sham 69 Dave Treganna, and former Barracudders Nicky Turner, has been released! A live performance held at the Maison de la Mutualité, a conference center located in Paris, France, on November 24, 1982, was recorded in good stereo audience recording! It has been digitally transferred directly from the master cassette, and the sound quality is reasonably good for that time, and although there is little stereo separation, the vocals are clear and loud, and each part is recorded very well balanced. In addition, the pitch, which was significantly off by almost one tone due to the master, has been carefully corrected, and the sound has been restored to a clearer sound quality by remastering, including adjusting the balance of the slightly off positioning.
