In the history of IRON MAIDEN, the most classic classic... no, the "best classic" stereo sound board is now available in master quality! The “best classic” is the “June 29, 1982 Palladium Performance” of “BEAST ON THE ROAD 1982”. It is a sound board sound source that was loved as the biggest and best sound of “BEAST ON THE ROAD 1982” until it was broadcast on the radio at the time and the official release of “BEAST OVER HAMMERSMITH” and “BBC ARCHIVES” in 2002. In fact, its quality and popularity are evidenced by the countless number of releases it has released. To name a few...``LAY DOWN & DIE GOODBYE'', ``LIVE AT THE PALLADIUM'', ``THE NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD'', ``NEW YORK PALLADIUM'', ``666 1/2'', ``THE PRISONER'', ``WHAT ARE WE DOING THIS'' FOR?'', ``LIVE USA'', ``CONCERT OF THE BEAST'', ``THE BEAST WITHIN'', ``WE'RE GONNA GET YOU'', ``THE PALLADIUM '82'', etc. There may be one or two titles that sound familiar to you. This is not all, but it is literally the “best standard”, packed with the largest number of previous releases in the history of IRON MAIDEN bootlegs. The final form of such a palladium performance has finally appeared. The true identity of this work is the recently unearthed pre-broadcast master of the Palladium performance. The editing itself is the same as the broadcast, such as the number of songs recorded and the blues MC with a beep sound, but there is no air check or even a transcription disc. The source is kept secret, but it appears to have been digitized from the master tape used to create the broadcast master. In fact, this work, like the previous releases, does not include "22 Acacia Avenue", "Another Life", "Transylvania" from the middle of the show, and the second encore "Running Free" and "Prowler", but the opening song "Murders In The Rue Morgue" ” The intro is several bars longer than the broadcast, and there is no fade space to cut out commercials, which was the fate of the song. As a result, it was about 1 minute longer than the previous group. However, it only takes one minute. These small differences are just proof of the master, but what is even more shocking and important is the sound. Many of the previous releases had a blurred sound due to air checks, and even the overseas LP version ``LAY DOWN & DIE GOODBYE'', which has been considered to have the highest sound quality up until now, and the CD made from that LP, had to produce scratch noise and power. It had been mastered. However, the sound of this work is far richer, smoother, and more natural than that. This is definitely on the same level as the official editions “BEAST OVER HAMMERSMITH” and “BBC ARCHIVES”. No, in fact, the natural sound is better than the official version (2002, when the official version was released, was also a time when the sound pressure competition was fierce, and "BEAST OVER HAMMERSMITH" and "BBC ARCHIVES" were also affected by this). Indeed, the sound of the master tape itself is delicate but certainly conveys the “sound of 1982”. The live performance revived with such ultimate sound is another masterpiece among the masterpieces. In the first place, the Palladium performance was able to become the ``best standard'' because of the wonderful performance, and even now, enthusiasts around the world praise it as ``My favorite show'' and ``No. 1 performance.'' That's no wonder, "BEAST ON THE ROAD 1982" is not only Bruce Dickinson himself immediately after joining, but also the band's spirit that went on a big gamble to change the front man is amazing. Moreover, this work is one of the few solo performances in America. For British bands, America is enemy territory to be conquered. Although that spirit is always abundant, most of the North American tours at this time were opening acts for bands such as RAINBOW, 38 SPECIAL, SCORPIONS, and JUDAS PRIEST. In fact, out of 106 performances, there were only 7 solo performances. In other words, this work is a highlight of the American invasion. It was also the biggest hit that even included radio recording. The result was, of course, a complete victory! Not only did they make their masterpiece ``Magical Seal'' a hit, but they also won the US headline tour the following year on the ``WORLD PIECE TOUR 1983''. What this work is packed with is such a “live that decided fate”. ``BBC ARCHIVES'' includes the Hammersmith performance ``BEAST OVER HAMMERSMITH'', which I recorded to make it into a video work, and the Reading Festival 1982, which was a triumphant return to my home country of England. These official works are certainly super masterpieces with great performances. However, this work, which can be called the American version, is filled with serious competition between passionate challengers, rather than enjoying the success that has been achieved. A masterpiece that changed the fate of IRON MAIDEN and has continued to be loved throughout its long history. The world's most popular "best standard" live album, the world's highest quality "supreme record". Here comes the majestic appearance! The Palladium, New York City, NY.
