A 2-disc CD title that will astonish maniacs, recorded on December 1, 1991 at Yokohama Arena with an "incredible" super high-quality audience recording that can be declared the best ever from the original DAT master that has never been available before, has been released. A new master of the Yokohama Arena performance on the first day of the tour has been unearthed! This is a title that is sure to become big news from the legendary Japan tour of the two in 1991. It is a completely first-time master that has not been used at all on the previously released boards. Moreover, it is a superb level stereo master recorded in a good position by DAT, which was still rare at the time. As it was a master excavated after 21 years, there were several parts that had deteriorated over time, but those parts were carefully compensated for from the excellent sound source of the previously released release ("MOMENTS OF MAJESTY" Disc 3/4) and were given perfect mending. Also, because the DAT was 120 minutes long, the second half of Isn't It A Pity was not recorded until the end of the show, but this was supplemented with the excellent sound source already released by our shop, and the complete version was realized. As you can hear, there is no extreme difference in sound quality with the supplementary sound source, and the finish is completely natural. Anyway, the deep and clear sound that is characteristic of DAT is a wonderful master above all, and it is very immersive. And yet, the merit other than high sound quality is that there is extremely little audience noise. The titles with good sound quality of the already released board were recorded in the front row area of the arena, so the audience noise on the first day of the exciting excitement was captured in abundance, but this board does not have that. The left and right balance was also excellent, and the audience noise was small. It can be said that this is the definitive title that allows you to enjoy the first day of the first ever joint tour of the two without any worries. On this day, the highest level masters of the tour appeared on the already released boards, but they were cassette masters. The sound quality of this board is overwhelmingly wonderful, surpassing all previous releases. I would like you to check out the deep sound unique to DAT, which has a different sound image from the already released boards, and the exquisite sound balance. As it was reported that George, who had a 17-year blank on the tour, was a little nervous on the first day, but as the stage progressed, you could see him gradually releasing the tension and relaxing, even with a Japanese MC. On the other hand, the audience's excitement of having a legendary person in front of them at the first live performance in 25 years since the Beatles' visit to Japan was at its maximum, but they gradually calmed down with George, and the audience's attention to the best performance will also be a target of appreciation. What's interesting is the part in the MC before Wonderful Tonight where Clapton says, "I dedicate this song to Mimi. Happy birthday, Mimi." As was rumored at the time, this is thought to have been said to the girlfriend of a Japanese woman who was a cabin attendant, as Clapton is popular with women (she was probably at the venue). Therefore, there is a rare scene in which the part "Long blond hair" in the lyrics is sung as "Long black hair". It is also noteworthy that George, who was angry at a British gossip magazine that published an article with no basis that he was a follower of Hitler just before this tour, is directly directed at the performance of Devil's Radio. And what is most valuable is that only on this day, two songs, Fish On The Sand and Love Comes To Everyone, were played a lot. Fish On The Sand was played on the first day of the Osaka performance the next day, but Love Comes To Everyone was not. And in subsequent performances, these two songs were dropped from the set due to the closing time. This is also the main board where you can listen to these two songs in the best sound quality. The best sound quality board of the 1991 Yokohama performance has been decided to be press released.
