The live performances in their native Netherlands in 1972 & 1973, which can be said to be the peak of their career, are recorded as couplings from live recordings excavated in recent years. First of all, the live performance in January 1972 is almost complete, recorded from a good audience master with amazing quality at the time. Just after the release of "Focus III", which determined their popularity, the performance mainly consisted of numbers from the album, which was simply amazing, centered on Jan Ackerman's super technical guitar and Tijs van Leer's unparalleled yodel and flute, and the last live take, "House Of The King", is full of tension. In the second half, a live performance in September 1973 is recorded on a soundboard. Although it is not complete because it is a broadcast master, it is a perfect performance that combines baroque and jazz improvisation at the same time as the official live performance "Live at the Rainbow", and it is nice to be able to hear popular numbers such as "Sylvia" and "Hocus Pocus" on the sound board.
