Following his appearance at the Greenwich Town Party in Connecticut, USA in May 2018, Clapton performed two consecutive nights in Germany on July 2nd and 3rd. After that, the British Summer Time 2018, another big British event, was held in Hyde Park in London from the 6th, and the performance as a headliner on the 8th was recorded in a complete audience recording at soundboard level. First of all, the sound produced by the high-end Schoeps MK4 can be said to be the best of modern audience sound sources, and by applying 24-bit digital remastering, the quality is unmatched. In addition to the set contents being almost the same as the previous Greenwich Town Party, Paul Carrack returned as in the two German performances, so the encore performance was "High Time We Went". Also worth mentioning is the return of Marcy Levy, who has not appeared since the 1985 tour, on vocals on two tracks, "Lay Down Sally" and "The Core." For the final track, Paul Carrack's "High Time We Went," Carlos Santana, who was performing that day, joins in and the two engage in a heated guitar battle. There are many highlights on the album.
