Recorded live in Montreux, Switzerland in July 1969 with soundboard sound source from broadcast master. First of all, their second album ``Valentine Suite'' will be released in four months, so this is a rare first live performance that includes the same album number. First off, Dave Greenslade, who opens the album. In January's Search, which features an Emerson-like organ solo and full of speed, they performed a tremendous performance that can be said to be the pinnacle of organ rock. Then, in the following February's Valentyne, you can hear a classical and moody arrangement that contrasts with the previous frenzy, and here D.H. Smith's effective saxophone is impressive. The first track, Beware The Ides Of March, features a melody reminiscent of that "blue shadow" with an overwhelming solo on the saxophone and organ, and Butty's Blues, which features that powerful saxophone solo, is the album's first track. The Machine Demands A Sacrifice, which lasted nearly twice as long as the band's 12 minutes and was filled with an exciting rhythm at the end, featured leader Heisman's impressive drum solo. This is a record where you can fully enjoy the best sample of British jazz rock of this era. 01. January's Search / 02. February's Valentyne / 03. Beware The Ides Of March / 04. Mandarin / 05.
