From the long-running US tour after the release of the first album, the main performance on September 30, 1973 and the Boston performance on October 27, 1973 were both recorded with the best audience recording ever. Both sound sources contain the master tape version that has appeared in recent years. First, the main performance on September 30, recorded on Disc 1. Seven years ago, it was released on the Power Gate label under the title "Rattlesnake Shake", but this is a master version in which the cheers after the performance are recorded for more than one minute longer. The difference in sound quality is clear, and you can enjoy the whole picture of the show at this time with a clearer, sharper, more stable, high-quality sound. In the version that appeared this time, the pitch up to the 8th track Walkin' The Dog, which is the first half of the tape, was accurately adjusted. This is the best version that perfectly removes all the noise in the second half of the 3 minutes of Dream On, which was thought to be the only drawback of this sound source that was heard even before it was released. This live performance took place about two months before the band started recording their second album, and you can enjoy a total of 70 minutes of performance consisting of songs from their debut album and songs from their new album "Get Your Wings" that will be released later. In "S.O.S. (Too Bad)" and "Pandora's Box" from their new album released the following year, the songs are almost finished, but the lyrics are very different from the version that will be released later, so you can hear an interesting performance as a working version at this point. The unreleased medium shuffle song included in Trk.2 is a blues song featuring backing guitar with chords that are rarely used in Aerosmith today and Steven's harp solo, which will also be a delight for fans. The first encore song from the first album is "Make It"! A wild performance unique to this period is being performed. In terms of both sound quality and performance content, this is an album that can be said to be the best of the best of this period, and it is a perfect title for enjoying Aerosmith's very early days. On the other hand, Disc 2 contains a live performance in Boston, their hometown, held on October 27th, about a month after the main performance and one month before the release of their second album "Get Your Wings". The master is probably a 60-minute cassette, with about 58 minutes of high-quality audience recording from the first half to the middle of the show. The sound quality is similar to that of the main performance on Disc 1, and you can enjoy the early Aerosmith live performance with a very good and stable sound that convinces you of the freshness. The low pitch has also been perfectly adjusted. In addition to the numbers that symbolize early Aerosmith, blues-oriented rock such as One Way Street is also played, making it a great live album that gives a glimpse of their origins. It is recorded with a master quality that gives a sense of depth and freshness even more than the already released "Boston 1973", and like the main performance on Disc 1, it is a masterpiece title that is sure to become a standard in the future as the definitive version of the classic 2 sound source of the super early Aerosmith!
